All prices quoted in Australian dollars & inclusive of 10% GST.
Rates as quoted are per person per night and include gourmet breakfast, sunset drinks and canapes, non alcoholic beverages, renowned three course dinner with selected wines and island airport transfers.

Additional Inclusions
Lidgbird Pavilion - Complimentary electric golf buggy, private plunge pool, in-suite bar.
Makambo Loft - Private deck plunge spa, in-suite bar.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full prepayment is required 2 months prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Direct Deposit. Payment by credit card attracts a 2.5% surcharge. Additional conditions apply to groups of 4 suites or more. Note: for all 'peak season' reservations over the dates 18 December 2010 - 9 January 2011 inclusive, a non-refundable deposit of one night's accommodation is payable at the time of booking.
As a small boutique property our business depends on maximising occupancy, cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead times and limited air capacity.
Cancellations within 2 months of arrival 50% of total paid will be refunded. Within one month of arrival all monies will be forfeited. No Refund can be given in the event of non-arrival, any unused services or unused nights due to flight / weather disruption. We recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance. Rates are subject to change without notice.

REFRESHMENT CLOSURE
To ensure our exacting standards are maintained, Capella Lodge will be closed for refreshment from Sunday 3 July - Saturday 30 July 2011.
Note:
● Minimum paid occupancy of 3 persons in Capella Family Suite (eg 2 Adults & 1 Child)
● Extra Person/Child Rates apply when staying in same suite with minimum of 2 Adults
● Capella welcomes children 6 years and over; Lidgbird Pavilion 12 years and over. Child rate applies 6-17 years inclusive
● No arrivals or departures on Christmas Day
