The riches of the surrounding Pacific feature daily, with local kingfish, tuna and squid a highlight. Fresh Yamba prawns and Nambucca oysters are a treat, and boutique farmed meats and local free-range chicken complement fresh salads and delicately steamed vegetables. Vegetarian options are fresh and flavoursome and include organic island greens and house-made pastas. Delicious daily-baked breads and lodge-churned ice-creams add an artisan feel to the menu.
